As all of you know that, Evan Williams (In Photo) is the founder of the Twitter. Previously in 1999, Williams had created Blogger.com and in 2003 sold it to Google. This Time Evan Williams come with a Micro blogging platform, Twitter.com
All of us know that, Twitter is growing very fast and it is becoming a phenomena day by day. Right now Twitter has 8 Million Users worldwide and growing very fast (Facebook & MySpace has 110+ Million Users).
In one interview with CNET, Williams said that, “I have no idea about how Twitter will make money.” But I can give you a Hint, - “It’s not advertising.”
So Silicon Valley Entrepreneur Evan Williams has no idea that how to make money from his amazing Mind Creation – Twitter……!!!!!!……. Strange………..!!!!!!!!!
Previously there was a rumor in the market that Twitter will generate its Revenue by Advertising Model. But Evan has told in the interview that, He is not going to make money from Twitter by Adverting Model.

Well, I think Evan Williams is telling us the Truth. I had put myself in Evan William’s shoes and though that, “Suppose if I had invented & created the Twitter than how did I made money from it?”
Well, of course, Advertising would strike into my mind. But if I had created the Twitter than surely today i was confused and amazed by its unbelievable Growth. The Rate at which Twitter is growing is unimaginable in the wildest dream also. So if I had invented the Twitter than today I would have really confused that what to do now?
And I had given myself & Twitter a time (a year and a half or so). I would really liked to see for a year or year & a half that how fast Twitter is growing. Than and only I would be able to take any decision about its Revenue Model………..
So I am sure that, Evan is also thinking in the same manner. I think he has also never imagined in his wildest dream that, Twitter will soon become a phenomena. Because Twitter was basically developed as a kind of Facebook & iPhone application.
I think Evan Williams wants to give a time to himself and a Twitter that how it grows and in which direction it grows. And not only this but which possible Values of Twitter will be unlocked over the time…….
Anyway….. You also put yourself in William’s Shoes and ask yourself that, if you were the founder of Twitter than why would you delay its Revenue Generation Model?………
