Many people ask me the above question. They want to become Crorepati from the stock market in 5 years only. So What I Suggest to them?
Well, I Say that, “Come with Rs.10 Crores and invest it in the stock market. Within five years it will be definitely become Rs.1 Crore…!!!!”
Many people don’t like this answer. Many argue against me that how can you give such a rude financial advise while very few smart people really understand the meaning of advise. And they never forget this eye opening advise.
Well, see. Stock Market is Volatile in the short term but stable in the long run. Now, short run means less than 5 years and long run means more than 10 years. Understand that, in less than 5 years, anything can happen with your money in the stock market. Means Rs.1 Lakh invested can become 1 crore also or it may shrink to Rs.10,000 also.
And I don’t believe in Speculation. Many Speculators and traders argue that it is possible to make this much amount of money in 5 years. But well, I am not saying that it’s impossible. It may be possible but the ideal time horizon of investing in the stock market should be more than 5 years and not the less than 5 years.
So according to my advise, you should invest in the stock market with the longer time horizon because stock market is volatile in the short term. In the long time horizon, Equity has outperformed than any other Asset class in this world.
