Make Money at Home- Overnight Millionaires? Hardly
Do you want to make money at home in your free time? Do you want to become an overnight success and make millions of dollars doing practically nothing? Do you want to work from wherever you want, whenever you want, and spend more time with your family and friends?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, join the rest of the world. Unfortunately, the only parts of this that are actually possible is working o your time and in your own choice of locations, and the actual ability to make money at home by working online. You’re not going to be an overnight millionaire unless you win the lottery, and you’re certainly not going to make a living and a substantial income doing nothing at all. There’s a reason they call it work, and you should take pride in your work. The ‘overnight millionaires’ that you seen on television and read about online get rich one way and one way only: they con innocent, unsuspecting people into buying their ‘secrets to success’ or ‘guide to instant wealth’ by the dozens. That guide doesn’t really do a whole lot, except for teaching the purchaser how to do the exact same thing.
If all this sounds familiar, I’m not surprised. This is often referred to as recruiting or MLM (multi-level marketing), and has been the target of great debates in recent years. It’s not to say that there are anything wrong with these programs, they’re just not going to be the dream job that you imagined. That is, unless you imagined a career in cold calling and hard sales. How can you tell these ‘make money from home’ schemes from the real deal? Well here are a few things to look out for:
-A site selling something they won’t tell you about.
-Job listings that don’t actually tell you what the job IS.
-Any site that requires you to pay for information that should be free
These are only a few clues to finding scam websites and schemes to make money at home. If you truly want to harness the power of the internet and make money at home, you need to find something that works for you. If there’s something you’re passionate about, and you can write decently, start a blog like I did. Blogs can be a great source of ad revenue, and can open many other doors in the internet world for you to make money at home.
